The opposites of hot and cold - from stimulating and relaxing - have fascinated thousands of years übergreifend peoples.

 

Immune system by increasing real sauna

 

It is already common knowledge that keeps you healthy sauna, as it contributes to increase defense. Regular sauna-goers are less sick or can better control their flu infections. Studies show that this is partly due to the improved blood flow to the nose and throat area.
